Savannah Performance Alliance strongly believes that the Savannah performing arts community is just that: a community. A diverse collection of creative producers, directors, actors, singers, dancers, designers, technical crew, and more that are strong on their own but strongest when they come together to unite behind a common goal of bringing the arts to Savannah and the entire coastal region.
It is with that in mind that SPA is excited to announce some big developments – ones that are designed to help you and your organizations reach new audiences, develop new relationships with businesses and donors, connect with each other, and make your job easier in the process.
And before you start to wonder… we’re not asking you for any money. All of this is totally free to member organizations.

The first big development is literally in development – a new OnStageSavannah.com is coming that will be a hub for all things peforming arts in Savannah, not just for the public but for you as well.
For the Public
The public facing side of the site is getting an overhaul to make it more engaging, easier to use, and rich in both features and content. We aim for the site to become a “one stop shop” for locals and tourists alike, where they can find all of the performing arts events around town in one place.
For the Members
Behind the scenes there will be helpful resources for organizations such as easy ways to showcase and list your group and your events; a feature-rich ticketing engine that you can control; press lists; marketing strategies; a community area for connecting with other groups to make your job easier (“Hey, I need 10 nun costumes!”); and much more.
Savannah Business Expo September 12
We are sponsoring the Savannah Chamber of Commerce Business Expo on September 12, an event that will put OnStageSavannah and YOUR organization in front of hundreds of Savannah area businesses!
Promote Your Show
Do you have a show coming up this fall that you want to promote – maybe find some sponsors for? Join us at the expo and you can be part of the OnstageSavannah booth. We will make room for anyone who wants to join us and tell visitors all about your group or show, hand out promotional items or flyers, and more.
Perform!
We have been invited to provide entertainment at the VIP reception and to do a flashmob style performance so we’re looking for people to join the fun! It’ll be a great way to promote the arts in Savannah and your group and/or event!
OnStageSavannah Performing Arts Festival February 2025
We will be bringing the entire arts community together next spring for a special two-week event that will showcase the best and brightest!
Musical
We will be producing a musical, title TBA, that will be open to ALL. We want this to be a collaborative event from all of the performing arts community so we’ll be including actors, singers, dancers, directors, choreographers, musicians, technical crew, artists, and more from anyone who wants to participate, all with an eye to promoting the arts in Savannah.
Gala
We will be hosting a community gala that will feature recognition of achievements in the arts, performances from member groups, and much more!
